Facebook has a new feature that was added to the new and improved Facebook Mobile called Phonebook. Phonebook is exactly what it sounds like: an alphabetically organized list of the phone numbers of all of your Facebook friends that list them.

Previously it took much more time and effort to find the phone numbers for your contacts when you were phone-banking. Now you have a central and organized list with everyone that has listed phone numbers, making your Facebook organizing much easier.
You can access your phonebook in two ways. First, if you have activated Facebook Mobile, you can click the Mobile link on your application sidebar.

If you have not activated Facebook Mobile, you can still access your phonebook. Just go to facebook.com/mobile.
From the mobile page you will see a phonebook link at the top. Click that and you are on your way to phone banking heaven.

Leave a comment and share your thoughts about Facebook phonebook.

1phonebook has actually existed for months, they've just made it easier to find and added it to newsfeed, but it's not a new feature.

4Okay, but why the heck is there no address book, email address book, or screenname book? It could be REALLY EASILY DONE, but apparently it's not important… so instead I have to go to each friends' profile, click info, and then grab their sn.
Grrrrrrr FB.
