Andrew – To permanently delete a Facebook profile you need to log in as that profile and go to https://ssl.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

After you choose to delete you have to not log in to the account for 2 weeks. After that period the account will be permanently deleted.

Okay, but why the heck is there no address book, email address book, or screenname book? It could be REALLY EASILY DONE, but apparently it's not important… so instead I have to go to each friends' profile, click info, and then grab their sn.

phonebook has actually existed for months, they've just made it easier to find and added it to newsfeed, but it's not a new feature.
