		<description>I think one big thing on that list is the county fair.  A good county fair brings in thousands of youth, many who are high school graduates who work on the family farm or in the local area. That demographic is a step in the right direction.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Churches are also another possibility, along with 4-H clubs.  There are also Ruriteen and Key Clubs that are civic/service organizations for many high school students in rural school districts.</description>
